Billing FAQ

When am I charged?

You're charged immediately when you subscribe, then automatically every month on the same date. For example, if you subscribe on the 15th, you'll be charged on the 15th of each month.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll keep Pro features until the end of your current billing period, then your account will automatically switch to the Free plan.

What happens to my patterns if I cancel?

Your patterns are never deleted! If you have more than 10 patterns, you'll need to delete some to get back under the Free plan limit. All your patterns remain accessible, but you can't create new ones until you're under the limit.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer refunds within 30 days of your initial subscription. For monthly subscriptions, contact support if you're not satisfied within your first billing cycle.

Can I change my billing information?

Yes, you can update your payment method, billing address, and other billing information anytime through your dashboard or the Stripe customer portal.

Payment Issues & Troubleshooting

Payment Failed

Check your card details, ensure sufficient funds, and verify your billing address matches your card. Contact your bank if the issue persists.

Subscription Not Active

Wait a few minutes for processing, then refresh your dashboard. If Pro features aren't available after 10 minutes, contact support.

Can't Access Billing Settings

Make sure you're logged into the correct account. Try logging out and back in, or clearing your browser cache.
