Description of Service

BeadLoomer is a web-based platform that allows users to create, edit, organize, and share bead loom patterns. Our Service includes both free and premium subscription features for pattern creation and management.

User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain more than one account

Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We are not liable for any loss or damage from unauthorized account use

Acceptable Use

Permitted Uses

• Create original bead patterns for personal or commercial use
• Organize and manage your pattern library
• Export patterns for your own crafting projects
• Share patterns in accordance with our sharing guidelines

Prohibited Uses

• Upload copyrighted material without permission
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Share account credentials with others

• Additional export options

Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of patterns and designs you create using BeadLoomer. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Our Content

BeadLoomer and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Content

Color palettes and bead specifications are provided for reference purposes. Miyuki and other brand names are trademarks of their respective owners.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

Service Availability

• We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible
• We are not liable for temporary service interruptions
• Critical data is backed up regularly to prevent loss

Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

IN NO EVENT SHALL BEADLOOMER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where BeadLoomer is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
